Detailed Membership Requirements:

1. Educational Background:

   • The candidate must hold a four-year professional concentration degree in a relevant field.

   • Special Cases: In extremely rare instances, the degree requirement may be circumvented for candidates who have exceptional intelligence and extensive work experience but have not pursued formal education. These candidates must demonstrate their qualifications with extreme circumstances and long work experience.

2. Professional Experience:

   • The candidate must have a minimum of 10 years of IT experience in any field or capacity.

   • The candidate must be a renowned professional, fully aware of their professional subject, and capable of demonstrating their knowledge on the spot.

3. Interview and Assessment:

   • The candidate must successfully pass an in-person interview, which includes an assessment of their character and professional competence.

   • The candidate's ability to contribute to the Think Tank will be evaluated based on their performance during the interview.

4. Exceptional Cases:

   • Age Exemption: Candidates who do not meet the experience requirement based on age but demonstrate undeniable understanding and promise in their field may be considered for membership.

   • Genius Recognition: Exceptional candidates must show unquestionable genius and will be granted an exemption from the rigorous qualification rules based on the judgment of the interview panel. This exception will be clearly noted in their bio.
